Custom and personalized orders
If you are interested in Custom Labels
1. First purchase the wholesale item
2. Then message me with an attached image of your company logo or design or email it to kamamutaorganics@gmail.com
☆ Custom labels are $1 per label
3. After receiving your logo and creating the design, I will send you an image and have you approve it
4. Then I will create a custom order for the labels
5. After you purchase the custom order, then I will print the labels and attach them to the your wholesale items
☆ If you prefer no label, simply add a note to your wholesale order saying "No Labels."

Shipping and Processing
We typically ship within 1-3 business days; however, please keep in mind that Etsy DOES NOT include weekends in processing times. If we encounter a problem and it takes longer than expected, we will notify you, and a tracking number will be provided by email when your package is shipped. It is your responsibility to track your own package.
Incorrect Address, Damaged Items, Missing Packages
Incorrect address: If you provide an incorrect address to Etsy when checking out, I am NOT responsible for tracking down your package or sending you a replacement. If the parcel is returned to me, I will notify you and reship it to the correct address, but I will charge you for the additional reshipping costs.
Damaged items: If an item is damaged during transit, please contact me immediately and send a photo. I'll fix the problem and send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Packages that have been delivered: If your package has been delivered (the tracking number will confirm this), we are no longer responsible for it. We recommend contacting the Postal Service or asking a family member or neighbor.
